If you choose a subscription, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing program. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will bill at the price specified at checkout for the term purchased, with free shipping included, unless explicitly stated otherwise during your transaction.
• Your subscription continues until you cancel — there is no fixed end date.
• You can cancel anytime through your account at testostemem.com/account, using the cancel link in your emails, or by emailing support@testostemem.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and prevents future charges.
• We may notify you of price changes in advance; continued enrollment after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Shipping timeframes, costs, and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please note that refused shipments or orders marked 'Return to Sender' without prior customer support authorization are subject to a restocking and handling fee deducted from any eligible refund.

Individual results vary and depend on factors including baseline health, lifestyle, nutrition, and consistency of use. We make no guarantee of specific results. Except where prohibited by law, you and Testostemem agree to resolve any dispute relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive the right to a jury trial. You and Testostemem agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. This section does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small-claims court for qualifying claims.
