Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

When you choose the subscription option for TESTOSTEMEM, you enroll in an automatically renewing program. These Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms explain exactly what you are agreeing to, when you are charged, and how to cancel. They supplement our Terms & Conditions.
AUTO-RENEWAL SUMMARY
By subscribing, you agree that:
- You are charged for dollar amount for which you agreed at checkout, for the term for which you agreed, with free shipping.
- Your subscription renews automatically — at the purchased term — and your saved payment method is charged each cycle.
- It continues until you cancel; there is no fixed end date.
- You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee.
1. WHAT YOU GET
Each billing cycle, we ship a fresh supply of TESTOSTEMEM to the address on file and charge your payment method the agreed upon subscription price. Free shipping applies to all subscription shipments.
2. BILLING CYCLE & TIMING
Your first charge occurs when you place your order. Each renewal is billed on or around the same date of the following cycle. We will email you order and shipping confirmations for each renewal. If your renewal date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month, we will bill on the nearest available date.
3. PRICE & CHANGES
Your subscription price is shown at checkout and is charged each cycle. We may change subscription pricing or features; where required, we will give you advance notice and the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
4. HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel at any time — it is quick and self-service:
- Online: Log in at testostemem.com/account and cancel your subscription.
- One click: Use the cancel link included in your subscription emails.
- Email: Write to support@testostemem.com and we will process your cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and stops all future charges. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
5. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If a renewal payment is declined, we may retry the charge over the following days and email you to update your payment method. If we cannot collect payment, your subscription may be paused or cancelled, and the related shipment will not be sent.
6. REFUNDS
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a shipment that has already processed. Refund eligibility, including our 60-day satisfaction guarantee and the handling of charged-but-unshipped renewals, is described in our Refund Policy.
7. YOUR AUTHORIZATION
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Testostemem and our payment processors to store your payment information and to charge it automatically for each renewal until you cancel. This authorization remains in effect until your subscription is cancelled.
